We are currently looking for a Commercial Finance Broker to join our clients, a successful Finance broker in the Chelsea area.

They have a growing client bank of HNW individuals and they are looking for an experienced individual who knows the commercialand bridging space, with a proven track record.

They will offer a Commercial Finance Broker a number of leads, but they would also like someone to have their own contacts.

The successful Commercial Finance Broker will be offered:

£30,000
£45,000 Basic

- £120,000+ OTE

Between 20%60% commissions
Strong lead source
Hybrid working
Full admin support

To be considered for the Commercial Finance Broker role you must have:

You must have a minimum of 2 years of experience working within the specialist property finance sector (Development Finance, Bridging Finance and Commercial Mortgages).
You will be selfmotivated and have strong organisational and communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients.
