    IOP Publishing - Peer Review Team Manager

    The Peer Review Team Manager helps deliver the peer review strategy, sponsoring cross-departmental projects and initiatives. Building and managing, motivating and developing a large peer review portfolio team.
    Managing and supporting the individual performance, development, training and recruitment of Editors and Associate Editors.
    Degree or PhD
    STM Publishing and peer review experience
    Collaborative approach to team management and working with peers.
