    Could you be the person
    we're looking for?

    We're looking for a Head
    of Commercial Contracts with the expertise and experience to lead the
    negotiation of supplier contracts on behalf of the Executive Team and the wider
    business. The role will work closely with and report directly to the CFO, but will
    also provide support and resources to the wider Executive team.

    • Do you have 5+ years' experience in a
      contract/commercial/supply chain role, preferably within the leisure or
      hospitality sector?
    • Excellent financial and commercial acumen.
    • A great communicator, able to work with
      multiple stakeholders and have a positive influence at board level.
    • A drive to improve and implement processes and
      increase profitability.
    • Have a positive, can-do and problem-solving
      attitude.
    • A working knowledge of contract law.
    • Proven track record of negotiating high value
      supplier contracts.

    The role

    • Provide effective commercial support to all areas of the business.
    • Provide support and advice up to board level on a range of commercial
      opportunities, challenges and issues.
    • Act as the point of contact for the business on contractual and
      commercial matters and foster positive working relationships with third party
      suppliers.
    • Take the lead in the design, drafting and negotiation of contracts with
      new suppliers in the UK and overseas.
    • Implement ideas to generate additional revenue streams.
    • Tactically manage the supplier base with the ultimate aim of reducing
      and rationalising the number of suppliers and reducing costs.
    • Lead the onboarding of all new suppliers from negotiation through to
      sign-off and implementation.
    • Strategically manage ongoing commercial relationships with suppliers to
      maximise cost efficiencies & retro/similar revenue opportunities.
    • Understand, effectively mitigate and communicate obligations, risks and
      key contractual issues up to board level.
    • Collate commercial data for board approval.
    • Ability to quickly identify and effectively deal with issues, potential
      risks and contract changes.
    • Have an organised and methodical approach enabling you to efficiently
      work in a fast-paced target driven role.
