This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to join one of the fastest growing property investment companies in the UK.

The company has grown rapidly since incorporation in 2017 to multimillion pound turnover and employees over 30 staff across 3 offices.

Due to the company's rapid growth plans for the future we are seeking an ambitious, organised, well presented and motivated individual to join our accounts team.

The Person

Preferably have some experience in the property industry
Ideally have some experience on XERO
Can do attitude
Have a maths qualification
Computer literate, confident with excel, outlook and XERO
High level of customer service skills as well as organisation
Good telephone manner and positive attitude
Well presented, ambitious and selfmotivated
Thoroughly professional
Good at multitasking
Work well under pressure
Excellent time management
Driven and ambitious
Be a team player

The Role

Basic book keeping
Receipting in tenant rental payments
Reconciliation of incoming funds
Running landlord statements
Answering landlord queries with regards to the numbers/income on their statements
Uploading and scheduling payments
Checking invoices and expenditure
Monitoring and maintaining organisation of receipts
Great progression opportunities
