TheRole
As the eCommerce TradingManager youll be a senior member of the eCommerce team working withinternal departments and directly with partners to effectivelydrive online sales through Castore channels on their behalf. Yourfocus is to drive performance online and understand the nuances ofeach different team website and customerbase.
Roles &Responsibilities
Monitor andreport on daily / weekly business performance making data drivendecisions
Phase monthly salestargets
Plan monthly trading plans in line withlaunches team events and promotions
Prepare andlaunch products & ranges
Work withsporting partners and grow their online presence
Use Google analytics and other tools to analyseand optimise the websites
Monitor and report oncompetitor activity
Produce weekly and monthlyreports on performance
Skills& Qualities
ManagementExperience
Ecommerce tradingexperience
Dutchspeaking
Skilled communicator able to buildworking relationships with internal business departments andexternal tech and sporting partners
Have anexceptional analytical mind with technical proficiency andcommercial awareness
Experience of usingecommerce tools is essential and you will be proficient in exceland other reporting software
Shopify experiencean advantage but not necessary
