Purchase Ledger Team Leader | £35,000 - £40,000 | Fixed Term | Greater Manchester

Client:


Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a large Public Sector Organisation in Greater Manchester who are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Team Leader on a fixed term basis for 6 months initially.


Duties will include:

  • Responsible for the endtoend purchase ledger process
  • Ensuring invoices are checked, recorded and passed for authorisation promptly
  • Ensuring payment runs are processed within a timely manner
  • Carrying out bank and statement reconciliations
  • Producing monthly reports to the Team Leader
  • Training and developing new starters on the financial system and processes
  • Monitoring team member's performance on the ledgers and performing reports
  • Developing and maintaining a network of relationships within business partnering areas
  • Communicating clearly and effectively with internal and external partners

Person:

  • Previous finance experience
