Purchase Ledger Team Leader | £35,000 - £40,000 | Fixed Term | Greater ManchesterHybrid working
Client:
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a large Public Sector Organisation in Greater Manchester who are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Team Leader on a fixed term basis for 6 months initially.
Duties will include:
- Responsible for the endtoend purchase ledger process
- Ensuring invoices are checked, recorded and passed for authorisation promptly
- Ensuring payment runs are processed within a timely manner
- Carrying out bank and statement reconciliations
- Producing monthly reports to the Team Leader
- Training and developing new starters on the financial system and processes
- Monitoring team member's performance on the ledgers and performing reports
- Developing and maintaining a network of relationships within business partnering areas
- Communicating clearly and effectively with internal and external partners

- Previous finance experience
