Description

The Desktop Provision Service team build and deploy laptops and provide second line hardware support to mobile devices as a result of incidents.

They also build, install and provide second line support forworkstations, and other desktop equipment, e.g. thin clients, printers, monitors, peripherals but this role will be primarily focussed on laptop support.
Experience as a laptop/desktop hardware support engineer
A keen eye and interest for computers
Knowledge and experience with ITSM/ITIL Reference Model – preferred
