    Role Overview:


    An exceptional Service Delivery Director is sought to lead and grow a team of 25-30 trainers and skills coaches, with plans to expand to 50 by the end of the year.

    Reporting directly to the CEO, this role offers significant progression opportunities as the team scales rapidly.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Manage and develop a team of 25-30 trainers and skills coaches, with plans to grow to 50 by year-end.
    Oversee the delivery of interactive online training programmes, ensuring high-quality and impactful learning experiences.
    Work closely with the CEO to bring new ideas and recommendations to enhance service delivery.
    Implement pragmatic and process-driven strategies to optimise team performance and efficiency.
    Ensure a supportive and enriching learning journey for all learners through a flexible delivery model and exceptional customer service.
    Collaborate with specialist partners to continuously improve and adapt learning content to meet industry challenges.
    Maintain strong relationships with an impressive portfolio of well-known clients.


    Qualifications and Skills:
    Proven experience in a leadership role within a service delivery or training environment.
    Strong people management skills, with the ability to inspire and get the best out of the team.
    Pragmatic and process-driven approach to problem-solving and management.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work flexibly in a hybrid environment, with some presence in the Manchester office.
    Strategic thinker with the ability to bring innovative ideas to the forefront.
