    Description
    A broad role, providing support across the Group Pensions team (both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution) to help us deliver on key activity and projects.

    The Hiring Manager for this vacancy is Laura Hay
    • Leading on some regular projects, such as support to senior colleagues and internal pensions presentations and regular monitoring
    • Playing a key role in a wide variety of other ad-hoc projects such as change projects, re-enrolment and pension communications
    • Supporting our scheme managers with regular activity, such as preparation of Trustee meeting materials, some minute taking, managing risk registers and action logs
    • Providing technical support to in-house administration and communication teams
    • Supporting the team to consider changes in pensions legislation and in responding to consultations
    • Managing team and trustee budgets and contracting with suppliers and advisors
      • Up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging pensions legislation
      • Preparing clear and simple materials to present pensions information to stakeholders within the business
