    We are looking for a Reward Analyst to join our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting to implement and co-ordinate our compensation, bonus, benefits, recognition, and engagement programs.

    You will work closely with the People & Culture team to provide pro-active reward input supporting with data gathering for annual Reward activities along with audit requirements and other benefit, recognition, and engagement activities.

    This is a permanent opportunity and will be of hybrid nature with both home working and working from our office in Chorley/ Warrington.

    Play a key role in the planning, analysis, and data modelling of key reward processes, including pay review, bonus schemes, benefits, gender/ethnicity pay gap, Real Living Wage employer, Total Reward Statements etc.

    Administer the flexible benefits renewal working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
    Working with the Reward partner on an annual market review of the benefits offered to employees.

    Work in partnership with Avove's 3 rd party benefit providers including the benefit administration, providing accurate data files in a timely manner, query resolution, raising PO's/Invoices.

    Collate and validate the monthly pension files in readiness to send to the pension provider each month.

    Work with Finance to provide them with monthly reports for our Avove & Beyond recognition scheme and any other files they require for re-charging purposes.

    Support with any key reward, recognition, or engagement projects.

    You will be customer focused and have fantastic communication skills, with strong Excel knowledge (to include pivot tables, formulas and Vlookups) and strong numerical and analytical skills, using these to drive forward the Reward function at Avove.
