Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a global organisation based in Birmingham. An excellent opportunity to join an organisation that is expanding in 2024. This role will start on a temporary basis up to 1 year, with a possibility to become permanent.

Reward

  • Monday
  • Friday 35 hours, flexible between 8am 8pm
  • Overtime available after 35hours, £19.50p/h

Job Role

  • Reviewing account activity
  • Determine action required based on established procedures
  • Dealing with complex cases
  • Tracking and documenting actions taken
  • Building rapport with merchants and financial institutions
  • Building rapport with customers to resolve issues and questions
  • Taking ownership of customer enquiries and responding to escalated customer issues
  • Responsible for the daytoday coverage of customer account maintenance processes

Skills and experience

  • Experience in delivery of customer service
  • Good interpersonal skills, negotiation skills are a plus
  • Is adaptable with high energy levels and a desire to help others
  • Good team player
  • Good analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
