Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a global organisation based in Birmingham. An excellent opportunity to join an organisation that is expanding in 2024. This role will start on a temporary basis up to 1 year, with a possibility to become permanent.

Reward
- Monday
- Friday 35 hours, flexible between 8am 8pm
- Overtime available after 35hours, £19.50p/h

Job Role
- Reviewing account activity
- Determine action required based on established procedures
- Dealing with complex cases
- Tracking and documenting actions taken
- Building rapport with merchants and financial institutions
- Building rapport with customers to resolve issues and questions
- Taking ownership of customer enquiries and responding to escalated customer issues
- Responsible for the daytoday coverage of customer account maintenance processes
Skills and experience
- Experience in delivery of customer service
- Good interpersonal skills, negotiation skills are a plus
- Is adaptable with high energy levels and a desire to help others
- Good team player
- Good analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary:
£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
