Role Overview:


As a
Project Administrator , you will be a key member of the team responsible for the implementation of the digital project.

Your primary focus will be on various administrative tasks essential to the success of the project.

This is a full-time role paying £13.56 p/hr and offering an unparalleled opportunity to make a meaningful impact to University students.


Duties:


  • Schedule meetings and presentations for the project, ensuring efficient coordination of all stakeholders.
  • Take comprehensive notes during meetings and update the project tracker with relevant actions and decisions.
  • Assist in organising and coordinating studentoriented briefings, focus groups, and user testing sessions.
  • Provide input into the development of new functionality from a student perspective, ensuring alignment with user needs. Coordinate feedback from the student community participating in pilots, compiling insights for the project team.

Selection Criteria:


  • Previous experience in a similar role or education to degree level
  • Ability to collaborate effectively as a member of a team, fostering a positive and inclusive working environment.
  • Willingness to undertake a full range of administrative duties within the department, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness.
