Up to £40,000**Eclypse Recruitment are recruiting for a Deputy Manager position within a Nursing Home in Poulton-Le-Fylde.~
A reputable compliant service with good staffing team and long standing supportive manager.

This role is a great opportunity for a Deputy Manager that is wanting to work quite flexible in the split between clinical and supernumerary.

This is a role in which you would be able to express your ideas and be given full support by your Home Manager andprovider.

You need an active NMC pin and have experience at a senior level to take on this Deputy Manager role - it would suit someone seeking progression in their career as the home is in a good place to support this.

Full time 40 hours per week clinical and management hours up to £40,000 per annum DOE
