Are you an experienced Head of Admissions/Admissions Manager looking for an exciting new role? Wandsworth may hold the key to your next adventure

We here at Ribbons & Reeves are working with a premium school in Wandsworth who are looking to welcome a new Head of Admissions into their top-flight team.

As the Head of Admissions, you will be responsible for heading the acquisition and retention of new and existing students. You will also be supporting and developing the existing recruitment and retention strategy put in place by the school.

Head of Admissions Job Summary:

• Advise the Headteacher and SLT to enhance enrolment and retention outcomes annually.
• Responsible for development and delivery of highly effective student acquisition and retention.
• Responsible for leading and developing the admissions team, ensuring they are properly trained and possess the relevant knowledge allowing student-focused growth.
• Organise and host in-class yours for prospective parents and partners, held periodically throughout the school year.
• Ensure school's high standard of service is maintained and quality assurance protocols are met in accordance with evolving parents needs and expectations.

Head of Admissions Job Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree from a UK university or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 1-year relevant experience in Education Sector.
• A strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
• Able to demonstrate evidence of systems you have enhanced as well as management of funding, budgets, and resources.
• Competent with IT software, able to utilise MIS and a range of data analytics tools.

A successful Head of Admissions will also be a good motivator, able to energise and lead your admissions team and guide the SLT to increase student procurement and retention.
