About Our Client:
The client is a Public Sector and Government organisation in Sheffield.
- The key responsibilities of the Personal Assistant are:
- Undertake office operations and procedures such as controlling correspondence, filing systems and reviewing and supply requirements
- Establish, use and maintain appropriate office systems, ensuring that information is accurate and stored with regards to the confidential nature of the post
- Liaise, negotiate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Undertake diary management, arranging meetings and appointments as well as ensuring the organising, prioritising and tracking of workloads.
The Successful Applicant:
- The successful Personal Assistant will:
- Demonstrates good judgement, capable of making decisions with limited information quickly to ensure initiatives are implemented.
- Be immediately available
- Willingly adapts their style to suit different situations
- Have experience in minutetaking, diary management and taking calls on others behalf's

- 6-month contract
- Potential to be extended
- 31k33k annual salary
- Hybrid working

- 37.5 hours a week
