Are you looking for a management role?
Do you enjoy imparting your technical knowledge and experience to help others find and reach resolutions?
Do you want a role which doesn't involve you being in the field, travelling large distances and doing the long miles?

In this role you will manage and have the support of a small central wayleave team, you will be a central point of escalation and will provide technical support, guidance and governance to regional teams including Wayleave Officers, Coordinators and Administrators on all aspects of Wayleaves.

You will utilise and impart your knowledge and understanding of Wayleaves, the legislation surrounding access and rights over land and the Electronic Communications Code.

You will also manage partnerships with strategic landowners and stakeholders as well as our wayleave supply chain.
This role can be fully remote or hybrid with occasional visits to regional offices / sites. With our offices and sites across the South of England.

A wider list of duties and responsibilities is available but good sound Technical Wayleave knowledge is key along with the ability to work with key internal and external stakeholders to find and reach appropriate resolutions.

MRICS or CAAV is desirable.
