    Scope of Role

    Working within as part of the Global People team, this role will be maternity cover for the Global Talent Acquisition Manager for a period of 10 months. You will manage two talent partners, focusing on recruitment, sourcing high calibre talent across the globe. The role is based in London and you will be required to be in the 2-3 days per week.

    The People team is led by the Chief People Officer (CPO) and is split into 5 functions each with department heads: People Operations, Talent, Payroll & Benefits, Internal Communications and Administration.

    The role will work with the people heads and CPO and be involved in projects that support continued growth and management of our employee value proposition initiatives, whilst overseeing management of the Talent department.

    As Interim Global TA Manager, you will:

    • Build relationships with Senior Leaders (Executive team and Global Head's) of each business function, supporting them and acting as a critical partner for their talent acquisition needs.
    • Work with the Talent team to provide training and interview coaching where needed.
    • Work with the CPO on Talent Management & Succession Planning across the business, using in-house tools.
    • Work with managers to spot talent gaps and talent development needs of the team.
    • Manage executive and confidential recruitment alongside the CPO
    • Strategic workforce planning
    • Assist the Global Talent team with managing external 3rd party recruiters and suppliers, contractors and consultants.
    • Understand and access role seniority, team locations and skills and providing feedback to the executive leaders and senior heads.
    • Assist People Operations and CPO in projects that involve the talent teams market knowledge.
    • Work with the Internal Communications Manager to build upon Employee Value Proposition project, including messaging for documentation, careers site and socials.
    • Work with Talent team and Marketing to build ITRS' employer brand strategy through a new careers page and targeted social campaigns.
    • Work with the CPO and People Ops head on a Learning & development strategy.
    • Assist with ongoing onboarding and offboarding projects as the organisation and locations grow.
    • Manage any complex right-to-work, visa applications, documentation, or mobility requests for existing or new starters.
    • Work with the People department heads to streamline and automate process to save time.
    You will have:

    • Previous experience working in-house as a Recruitment Manager, Talent Acquisition Lead or Talent Manager.
    • Previous experience recruiting outside of the UK is a must, ideally APAC and North America.
    • Substantial experience in technology recruitment across a wide range of hires (Including Product and Engineering)
    • Awareness of risks concerning the end-to-end recruitment process, including employment legislation and pre-employment vetting, application handling and visa issues.
    • Experience using Applicant tracking systems and HRIS systems, extracting data and presenting for talent needs (Workable, Cezanne, Culture Amp desirable)
    • Previous experience running projects for Talent Mapping, Succession Planning (desirable)
    • Strategic Workforce Planning and offshoring experience (desirable)
    • Financial understanding, multi-currency conversions
    • Experience working in a Private Equity owned business (desirable)
    • Experience with integrations as a result of M&A. Work with new businesses, explaining talent processes, introducing new systems and integrating into one company (desirable)
