This is a great opportunity for a dynamic, professional educator to join an exciting, growing team delivering Apprenticeships in Customer Service, Business Administration and Leadership & Management to staff from across the NHS Trust.
As an NBT Apprenticeship Programme Lead you will be a leader & mentor, educator, role model and Apprenticeship ambassador.You'll be just as comfortable in the classroom, delivering lessons to groups as you are in providing 1:1 coaching, advice, and guidance or holding team meetings.
You'll also be a problem solver, sounding board and tech support advisor, but most importantly you'll be passionate about learning, development and supporting others to achieve- Under the direction of the Apprenticeship Centre Manager and Apprenticeship Quality Manager, you will develop and deliver highquality, learnerfocused curriculums in Customer Service, Business Administration and Team Leading supporting Apprentices working at North Bristol NHS Trust and in our Partnership Organisations.
- You will manage a growing team of trainer/assessors each holding their own caseload of apprentices across each of the three curriculums, supporting their daytoday operations and development.
- You will also hold a caseload of Apprentices to develop their knowledge, skills, and behaviours towards the achievement of an Apprenticeship standard.
- You will be accountable for the sustainability and success of your programmes, ensuring that achievement rates and satisfaction scores exceed national and internal targets while maintaining financial viability by ensuring a regular and consistent intake of new apprentices to the programme through the academic year.

To be successful in the role, you will need to:
- Hold an Assessor Qualification (TAQA/CAVA, A1, D32, D33 or equivalent)
- Hold an IQA qualifications (V1, D34 or equivalent)
- Hold or be willing to work towards a teaching qualification within a specified time scale
- Hold at least a Level 2 (GCSE A-C / 94) qualification in Maths, English
- Have knowledge or experience of the sector and awarding body compliance and funding guidelines e.g, ESFA, OFSTED and End Point Assessment Organisation.
- Have recent professional experience within workbased, vocational assessment
- Have excellent interpersonal, communication and administrative skills showing a flexible and professional cando attitude.
- Be a highly selfmotivated, energetic, and driven individual, with the ability to work flexibly and manage your own time.
- Be able to build positive relationships with learners, displaying excellent communication, organisational skills and administrative skills
