Job Description:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Architectural Technologist or Technician to join the Architectural team of this busy Practice based in attractive studios on the outskirts of Huddersfield.

Working alongside colleagues of varying levels of experience as an Architectural Technologist or Technician you will be responsible for leading a team involved on a range of projects of varying size and complexity in the low and high rise Residential sector for both Private and Public sector Clients.

Person Specification:

Candidates will possess:

Sound AutoCAD skills, Revit desirable but not essential
Experience of working in the Residential sector as an Architectural Technologist or Technician
Conversant with current Building and Planning regulations
Great communication skills both oral and written
Be a team player
