Calling for all Income Officers and Debt Collectors.
A returning client of ours is seeking to recruit an Income Recovery Officers for their team.

The role will involve but is not limited to the following:

Delivery of Accounts Receivable Service (debt collection) in accordance with set service levels and key performance indicators.
Responsibility of recovery of sundry and leasehold income including Major works debt, care debt and former tenant arrears.
Referral and dealing with solicitors for legal recovery of income.
Assisting Senior Officers f the AR team for the day to day management and delivery of service
The role requires a proactive and professional attitude and a selfmotivated person, who can deliver under pressure with mínimal supervision.

Essential skills & attributesrequired:

Delivery of
Experience in Income recovery/Debt collection
Knowledge of Sundry and Leasehold Income Recovery, and experience in OHMS (housing management system) or Business World On (debtors)is advantageous
Performance reports and Business Objects report running will be an advantage.
Excellent numerical and communication skills with customer focus experience are essential.
Organised, systematic and efficient with attention to detail
Able to manage your own workload and assist other members in the team.
