Description

A well-established non-profit based near Farringdon has an opening for a Finance Officer to join their finance team on a temporary basis for six months.

This will be a hybrid role, with 1-2 days in the office per week.


Key Tasks / Requirements:


  • Strong Accounts Payable background
  • Processing manual payments via bank
  • Processing Batch payment runs
  • Creating New suppliers on system
  • Processing Purchase Orders and Invoices
  • Posting journals
  • Processing expenses
  • Being accurate and efficient
  • Financial Accounting experience
  • Assisting with year end statutory accounts.

Other

  • Excellent track record for reliability, punctuality & attendance
  • Experience with the charity sector
  • Desirable
  • Finance system in use: Microsoft Dynamics 36
