£6.00 per hour (due to increase with service length)

Job Overview:

Paneltex is offering an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technician Apprentice to join our team in Kingston Upon Hull.

You will be expected to learn about and carry out all aspects of general maintenance.

Roles and Responsibilities
Key duties and responsibilities will include the general maintenance throughout the full site.

This will include fault finding, servicing, installation of new equipment when required and general repairs you will also be expected to help with electrical and general building repairs.

You would be part of a busy team and as so be expected to help with all of these key duties alongside your apprenticeship.

Maintenance experience of any type is desirable
Good communication skills
Great attitude
Excellent time keeping
Good organisational skills
Keen attention to detail
Have a willingness to learn about:
All types of machines such as saws, CNC equipment and automation
Fault finding
To service and inspect machines
Basic Health and safety knowledge
Work to a high standard
IT skills
Driving licence an advantage

Qualifications:

GCSE Level 5 or above in English
GCSE Level 5?or above in Maths
