- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and high-performance software solutions using Python, Django, SQL Server & MySQL utilising Kubernetes/Docker technologies in a Microsoft Azure environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and best practices
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, providing innovative solutions to meet project requirements
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team
- Proven experience (7+ years) in software development with a strong focus on Python and Django
- Expertise in working with relational databases, particularly SQL Server and MySQL.
- Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role, overseeing a remote team of developers
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Significant experience in software development methodologies and Agile based delivery
- Experience with PHP, MySQL, SQL Server development stack
- Ideally experience in developing in a Microsoft Azure environment utilising Kubernetes / Docker technologies

We are looking for an experienced Software Developer for our business, Franchise Brands.
We are looking for a high end Technical Specialist within Cloud Infrastructure and Architecture for our business, Franchise Brands.
