Some of the key responsibilities:

Reviewing and implementing processes to improve intramonth controls and smooth out the workload associated with a monthly NAV cycle. Maintenance of the associated operating manuals.
Prepare Fund P&L reconciliations between internal systems and the Fund NAV from the administrator (weekly estimate / monthly final)
Review of Funds' nontrading expense items and coordination of invoice signoffs.
Monitor and adjust accruals and expenses in each Fund's NAV.
Involvement in the valuation process and provide support to the Valuation Committee

Our client is ideally looking for a qualified accountant that have had a background from audit, administrator or a fund in overseeing and managing the fund NAV process and looking for that opportunity to make a mark and a difference.
