EA Recruitment have been instructed by our client, a highly reputable multi-office estate agency covering affluent areas of North London and Hertfordshire dealing with mid to high end properties.


We are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator who loves working within property and has excellent communication and sales ability.

This is a truly great opportunity to join a company dealing with some of the best properties in North London.

As a Sales Negotiator there is genuine earning potential of £60k - £80k per annum and interviews are taking place now


The role of a Sales Negotiator:

  • Dealing with the sale of property
  • Dealing with new sales enquiries, registering new applicants and identifying their requirements
  • Arranging and accompanying property viewings
  • Negotiating offers between buyer and vendors to agree new sales
  • Conducting sales progression
  • Identifying opportunities to generate new business
  • Referring clients for financial services
  • Keeping vendors updated on the progress and feedback for their property
  • Working closely with the sales team to achieve performance targets

Experience/skills required for a Sales Negotiator:

  • 1 years + experience working in a property sales role
  • A solid understanding of all aspects of the sales process
  • Driving licence and own car
  • Wellpresented
  • Confident negotiation and follow up skills
  • Ability to deal with a broad range of the public
  • Enthusiasm and ambition

Package/benefits:

- £20k-£25k salary per annum (negotiable depending on experience)

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am 6:00pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays 94pm
  • 5% 10% commission on all sales revenue
  • Earn £60k £80k pa. OTE
  • Car allowance (TBC) or company car
