- Previous administration experience within a busy administrative/office environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem solving skills with the ability to present solutions.
- Excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills.
- Educated to GCSE level.
- Excellent IT skills working with MS Office.
- You support the Recruiting Managers in the delivery of a high-quality customer focused recruitment administration service.
- You facilitate the Vacancy Approval Registration process for new vacancies ensuring the correct approval has been given.
- You liaise with the relevant operational HR team member and Recruiting Manager to update them on the approval process.
- You advertise new roles on careers website, social media and other external providers.
- You answer candidate queries via phone and email.
- You advertise vacancies in line with Service Level Agreements and standards as determined by the business.
- You screen applications based on answers given to application questions.
- You use our ATS to track candidates through to offer stage.
- You arrange interviews through the ATS.
