    As they continue to expand their Private Client Services department, they are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Associate Solicitor to join their team.

    Job Description:

    They are currently looking for a Senior Associate Solicitor with expertise in Private Client Services to play a key role in expanding their Southern presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of private client matters, providing expert legal advice, and ensuring exceptional client service.

    • Manage and oversee a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts.
    • Provide expert legal advice to clients and colleagues on complex private client issues.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
    • Stay informed about changes in relevant laws and regulations and communicate these updates to the team.
    • Supervise and mentor junior solicitors and legal support staff within the Private Client Services department.
    • Participate in business development activities, including networking events and client seminars.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Qualified solicitor with 6 – 12+ years of post-qualification experience in Private Client Services.
    • Demonstrated expertise in handling a wide range of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
    • Proven track record of managing a caseload efficiently and effectively.
    • Previous experience in mentoring and supervising junior solicitors and support staff.
