First Achieve's Engineering Division are working with a Fantastic, Globally renowned engineering company who supply to Aerospace, Oil and Gas, Energy and Nuclear Industries.

Due to further increase in orders, they are seeking an experienced
ARC Welder.

This is a great opportunity to join a leading company who are completely committed to their employees, offering continuous improvement and experience across various Industries.

What's on Offer

Competitive Salary paying circa £34,500 + Overtime
3 Shift Pattern Early, Afternoon & Nights (37 Hour Week)
Permanent Position from day
Plenty of Over-Time Available, Mon-Sat morning x1.5 and Sat Afternoon

Duties:

Assemble and weld metal components according to blueprints and specification
Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently
Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet the required standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Skills:

Proficient in ARC welding
Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of metal fabrication processes
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
