Key Requirements:

Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to manage large-scale housing and regeneration projects, ensuring alignment with the housing strategy.
Stakeholder Management: Strong skills in engaging with internal and external stakeholders, including government departments and the community, to promote project success.
Programme Oversight: Experience overseeing project performance, risk management, and financial viability while maintaining strict adherence to budget and schedule.
Team Development: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing, multidisciplinary team, fostering continuous improvement and professional growth.
