- Conducting cosmetic repairs on vehicles, including paint touch-ups, scratch removal, and polishing.
- Repairing and refurbishing alloy wheels to a high standard.
- Removing dents and dings from vehicle panels using appropriate techniques and tools.
- Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Proven experience as a Smart Repair Technician within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques and materials.
- Proficiency in using relevant tools and equipment, including paint sprayers, sanders, and dent removal tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications would be advantageous.
