Raw Materials Developer/Manager – Accessories

We have partnered with a luxury accessories brand that is looking for a Raw Materials Developer/Manager to join the team.

Key Responsibilities;
the full cycle for raw materials, sourcing and trims across multiple accessory product areas
exceptional relationships with factories, suppliers and tanners on an international basis
you are in line with sustainability guidelines
very closely with core product developers and Production teams
shoot any raw material issues within the production process
QC and testing is carried out correctly
critical path
and oversee all negotiations
shipments
and conduct factory and supplier visits
responsibility for all seasonal folders for raw materials as well as adding and carrying over new styles
Quality inspections
and seamless handover with production

The successful candidate will;

5 plus years experience in a similar position 7 plus if managerial level
excellent organisational skills
comfortable and experienced working with an international pool of suppliers
experience working with leather goods and fabric
