The Role
Reporting to the Senior PR & Communications Manager, the Digital Marketing Officer will work across many of Enable's interesting, unique and varied service areas.
This will include live events like Battersea Park Fireworks and year-round events, through to promoting Putney School of Art and Design and our gym sites, as well as working across B2B charitable community and health and wellbeing projects.
This is the perfect role for a Digital Marketing Officer who wishes to gain experience in a diverse, fast-paced organisation.
We need a creative who lives and breathes all things online, makes engaging content for a variety of audiences, understands upcoming trends and keeps on top of the everchanging digital landscape.
The Marketing Team
This is a very exciting opportunity to join Enable's growing Marketing team who report into the Head of Growth and Branding.
No two days are same, and you will gain valuable hands-on experience with room for growth and the chance to see tangible output in the not-for-profit sector.
The marketing team is a small and supportive team, with a high output and flexible and collaborative approach to work.
Integral to the Marcomms team who report into the Head of Growth and Branding, the Digital Marketing Officer will deliver digital campaign strategy which supports company targets and objectives.
Key responsibilities will include:
Maintenance of the Enable Website and liaising with third party agencies and developers.
Social media content planning and creation.
Running and managing in-house Meta, TikTok and PPC campaigns.
Overseeing monthly and annual web listings and subscriptions.
Oversee the production and collection of digital collateral, such as photography and videography.
Drive engagement, acquisition and retention on Enables online platforms.
Measuring and reporting digital marketing campaigns.
Raising Purchase Orders, managing Digital Marketing budgets and liaising with our finance team.
Occasional weekend work at some of our exciting events will be required.
Any relevant duties as directed by the Senior PR & Communications Manager or Head of Growth and Branding.
Skills and experience
Demonstratable experience of running successful digital advertising and social media campaigns, with measurable impact.
Experience using WordPress or a similar CMS platform.
Effective knowledge of SEO.
Experience using Meta Business Manager/Hootsuite and/or other marketing scheduling tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
An eye for design and the ability to create in-house artwork using programs such as Canva and/or Photoshop.
Highly organised with the ability to stay calm under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
Ability to work autonomously under the direction from senior team members.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
