    Electrical Compliance Manager

    SALARY:
    £65 - £70k + pension, mobile, laptop, 24 days annual leave

    Operating a team of both static and mobile engineers across the Southeast
    Excellent reputation for delivering quality and high standards of service working predominantly with highly permitted and secure sites.

    CANDIDATE INFORMATION - Electrical Compliance Manager You must have good customer services skills, be well presented and articulate with the ability to lead a team of 8 electrical test and inspection engineers.

    You will need to be self-motivated, diligent and hardworking with an indepth knowledge of the statutory compliance regulations and associated paperwork
    Experience of working on highly secured sites previously such as aviation, rail etc.
    Good IT skills would be essential.

    Preferably the ideal candidate will be of an electrical bias with demontrable experience of working in a similar role.

    The successful candidate will have excellent commercial awareness with the ability to meet SLA agreements and deadlines.
    You must be trustworthy, ambitious and looking for a long-term career with prospects. JOB INFORMATION - Electrical Compliance Manager To oversee a team of 8 test and inpsection engineers ensuring compliance for electrical systems across an aviation site
    Scheduling and planning of both test and inspections and small works projects according to remedial requirements from the periodic reports
    To identify opportunities to maximise the potential of the contract, nurture the relationships and ensure contract retention.
    To liaise with clients, resolving any queries or issues.
    Responsible for due-diligence of all sub-contractors employed making sure they meet the required technical and health and safety standards of the company and the client #J-18808-Ljbffr
