Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled C++ Developer with a background in high-frequency trading (HFT) to join our team as a Crypto Market Maker/Liquidity Provider. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing trading strategies, algorithms, and systems to provide liquidity in the crypto market. While experience in the crypto/digital asset space is desired, it is not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance trading algorithms and systems in C++.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify trading opportunities and optimize market-making strategies.
• Monitor market trends and liquidity dynamics to adjust trading parameters and algorithms accordingly.
• Collaborate with traders, quants, and developers to enhance trading infrastructure and efficiency.
• Perform risk management and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and market developments in the cryptocurrency space.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in C++ programming language, with a proven track record of developing high-frequency trading systems.
• Solid understanding of financial markets, trading concepts, and algorithmic trading strategies.
• Experience with market-making, liquidity provision, or HFT in traditional financial markets is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency exchanges, digital asset markets, and blockchain technology is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
