If you are currently looking for your next exciting career move and are interested in joining one of the largest laboratory relocation projects within Europe, then this is an opportunity for you.

You will be directly involved in an exciting high profile project worth over £5 million pounds in which you will be accountable for the day-to-day operations focusing on, Marginal Gains, People, Fleet, Cost Management & Service Delivery on the LaboratoryRelocation project.

As part of the Harrow Green team, you will be based in or near Cambridge and will ensure that all works are fully resourced as required as well as being extremely customer focused and be able to understand and respond to them pro-actively and efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibility for diary management & daily operations in Central London & northern neighbouring counties ensuring that all works are full resourced as required.
Oversees daily activities & shares responsibility for circa 100 (internal & external) bluecollar and direct management.
Assist the Customer Project Team with Recruitment, Training, onboarding, and staff retention.
Ensuring quality colleague engagement and frequent communications with all direct reports inc 121's and performance reviews.
Ensure the operation adheres to Restore's H&S policies.
Compliance and Legislation adherence.
Ensure service & service quality is present throughout all parts of the delivery

ABOUT YOU

Large volume, largescale relocations, and operational diary management experience.
B2B experience.
Customerfocused mentality is essential.
Able to deliver a highquality service on behalf of a prestigious customer.
Able to liaise from shopfloor to Board level within the Customer Project Team
