The Role:


Executive Assistant - Chichester/Horsham


A vacancy has become available in the NFU Mutual Chichester and Horsham Agencies for an Executive Assistant reporting directly to the Partners.


NB:
we have offices in Horsham and Chichester, the successful applicant will be able to work in either. We would also consider a small amount of home working, but this is primarily an office-based role.


In this particularly key role, your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Booking all appointments and managing the Agents' diaries;
  • Preparing for meetings, renewal reviews and liaising with internal stakeholders;
  • Writing up letters and reports to clients following meetings by the Agents;
  • Ensuring all post meeting actions are completed;
  • Day to day contact for key clients;
  • Proactively assess adequate cover and spot gaps or opportunities for cross sell and upsell of General Insurance, Financial Services and Risk Management Services;
  • Assist in organising meetings and events;
  • Ordering marketing literature and stationery for the office;
  • Assist in operational requirements;
  • Manage your own Microsoft Dynamics tasks and activities as well as the Agents and;
  • Deliver and contribute to the effective and efficient running of the Agency including managing and directing correspondence, processing renewals, stationery and filing, to maintain customer relationships, to enhance and protect NFU Mutual's reputation and brand.

  • Demonstrate attributes of honesty, integrity, due skill, care, and diligence

Qualifications/Other:


  • You will have a minimum of 5 GCSE's (or equivalent) at Grade C, including Maths and English.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft office and sales support systems.
