Join the Global Financing Solutions team at JP Morgan and be a part of the dynamic and impactful group responsible for providing bespoke market's based secured financing solutions to corporate and institutional clients globally.

If you are strategic thinker, looking to partner with several Trading desks internally to deliver the solutions and passionate about structuring, we are looking for you.


You will join a multidisciplinary product team, actively engaged with sales and trading to offer custom made secured financing solutions, across a wide range of financing products.


In your new role you will structure bespoke financing transactions for corporate and institutional clients through several fixed income trading books.

Alongside with the team, you will act as a central axis point for markets' based financing transactions. You will work closely with various key stakeholders in sales, trading, risk and other control functions across the bank.

You will make an impact in delivering a consistent framework for client messaging and risk management across secured financing products.


Job responsibilities

  • You will act as structurer financing solutions team in London
  • You work closely in structuring and execution of financing transactions to promote the global financing products in fixed income with sales and origination teams (based in Europe, US and Emerging Markets globally)
  • You will work with variety of clients such as: Banks, Central Banks, Credit Funds, Corporates and Insurance Companies
  • You will collaborate closely with Trading teams: Currencies and Emerging Markets, Fixed Income Financing and EM credit
  • You will contribute to cooperation with control functions: Risk Functions, Legal, Compliance, Accounting, Regulatory Capital and Tax
  • You will prepare deal term sheets, financing models, client presentations
  • You will negotiate legal documentation and risk mitigants, determining financing format and collateral valuation methodology

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • The role requires an in depth understanding of financing products and formats (Loan/ ISDA/ GMRA).
  • Experience working in a deal team to tailor and deliver bespoke financing solutions.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • In depth knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • You will be expected to develop a thorough understanding of our client base and business acumen in order to identify, develop and drive transactions in close partnership with sales/ origination and trading teams.
  • Familiarity with structured finance, derivatives and structured notes is beneficial.
