Your mission
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:
- Assist with the administration of quality related documented information within the project
- Scanning & filing of project quality information
- Compiling project quality documentation both manually and electronically, including Lifetime Quality Records and Product Approval Records
- Contributing to the tracking of project information using Excel spreadsheets
- Collate and report on the status of project, subcontractor and supplier quality documented information (e.g. test results, delivery information)
- Downloading project information from a range of supplier's systems
- Maintaining records of approved suppliers and contractors
- Supply Chain Mapping
- Assist in the Document Control processes of the project
- Maintain accurate records
- Assist with the archiving of project documentation
- Aid the project team in retrieving information, and proactively work with other team members to ensure all records are in place
- Working to the Project Execution Plan (PEP), project procedures and specifications
- Assisting the Quality and Engineering teams with adhoc duties where required
Who are we looking for?
Essential:
- High level of IT skills including Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, Powerpoint & digital filing
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in highly regulated environments
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly and retain information
- Reliable and committed
Desirable:
- Previous Admin or Doc Control experience
- Experience with PDF editing
- Good organisation skills
- Willingness to progress a career in the field of Quality. Training and career opportunities will be provided
