An exciting opportunity for a Head of Asset Management to join a growing and well established business in East Anglia.

This is a pivotal role which will focus on ensuring that properties are of high quality, well-maintained, and provide value for money. Leading a team of surveyors, the role is crucial in ensuring safety, compliance, and tenant satisfaction.

This role would suit an individual with a strong background in building/construction, Asset Management possessing relevant qualifications and memberships. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in leadership roles, with a collaborative mindset and a focus on digital improvement.

Day to day the Head of Assets will be responsible for the following: -

Leading a team of Surveyors to ensure safety, compliance, and tenant satisfaction.

Implementing decarbonisation strategies to reduce energy bills.

Chairing contract performance meetings to ensure value for money.

Monthly reporting on property contract performance.

To manage the budget for the team in order to deliver the corporate strategy

Salary: £70,000 - £74,000 including car allowance
