Role:
Senior IT TechnicianLocation: Hampshire (Roaming)

This role will involve travel to and from different sites across Hampshire and Wiltshire.
This role will help mentor and develop the current on-site technicians and technical account managers.

You will bring a level of technical ability and be able to resolve escalations when necessary whilst maintaining reliable services for the clients.

Our client is offering the successful IT Technician a salary of up to £35,000. With a scope of up to £40,000 depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities and SkillsEnsure the IT infrastructure is operating smoothlyProvide technical assistanceMaintain and create documentationOversee implementation of new software and hardwareReview tickets Work to resolve issues raised by on-site technicians Experience working with:
Microsoft OS, 365, Virtulisation, Networking, Active Directory, TroubleshootingExperience in an educational setting would be highly desired.
