Anderson Knight are working with a organisation based in West Lothian looking to recruit a HR Project Advisor for a period of 12-18 months.

This is an exciting opportunity to manage a significant HR restructure project. This is a part time role, working 3 days a week on site.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead the HR restructure project, including the development and implementation of new HR policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Manage the redeployment of employees affected by the restructure, including providing support and guidance to employees and line managers.
  • Deal with union representatives and provide regular updates to the senior management team.
  • Manage the redundancy process, including conducting individual consultations and providing support to affected employees.
  • Identify and address potential HR issues arising from the restructure and ensure that they are dealt with in a timely and effective manner.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including line managers, employees, and union representatives.

Requirements:


  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in HR project management, with experience of leading HR restructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with key stakeholders.
  • Experience of managing the redundancy process and dealing with union representatives.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Note:
This role is based in West Lothian and may require occasional travel to other sites.


Job Types:
Part-time, Fixed term contract


Salary:
£45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
