Interim HR Advisor - 12 Months FTC

Location:

Birmingham / Hybrid with 2 days in the office

Salary:

£27,500
Are you an experienced HR Advisor with good HR advisory and operational experience?

This HR Advisor role is absolutely critical to support a HR team and business going through a change programme.

The HR Advisor will work within a professional business setting, bringing HR expertise and an ability to influence and manage key stakeholders, this role is providing 1st line advice to managers across the business.

Your key focus will be to provide advice and guidance to managers and colleagues on aspects of HR policy and practice
Respond to questions regarding terms and conditions including pay, holiday and other forms of leave, flexible working requests, long term sickness, changes to benefits, exit process, etc
Provide advice and guidance to managers and colleagues on aspects of HR policy and practice
Providing Management Information when required

You will have worked in a professional commercial environment, and be a good influencer, commercial, and able to provide robust HR support.

No two days will be the same, this is a fantastic grounding form someone looking to build a HR Career
