We're working with a Creative Studio that are seeking a key hire as they grow. Having operated with a small but mighty team thus far, they're looking to add a leader to their business who will bring a blend of creative direction, new business and strategy to the table.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business in a strategic leadership position.

This position will be well suited to candidates who:

• Are creative leaders who enjoy working with clients, leading creative production and campaign marketing projects
• Have a demonstrable track record of working with global brands
• Embrace sales and new business as a critical part of every leadership role within a small business, and understand that this will be a core component of their role.
• Bring an established network of senior contact within creative/brand/marketing, including prospective clients
• Are entrepreneurial and enjoy contributing to business strategy
• Are seeking a clear track to board level
• Leave ego at the door; our clients have built a collaborative business that embraces openness and pragmatism

Candidates must be UK-based (with right to work) and able to spend c. 1 day per fortnight in the office.
