Our collaboration with a reputable organisation in the Technology and Software Solutions (TSS) industry is seeking a Team Leader with a strong technical Support background and shown leadership experience, ideally supporting in an educational establishment.


The Role


As the Team lead, you will oversee the daily activities of the installation team to make sure that installations are completed to a high standard and that customers' expectations are met.

You'll also make a few on-site visits to clients to provide installationsupport.


Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Being a point of contact for your team and clients
  • Provide clients with onsite and remote support
  • Assisting the Installations Service Leader in maintaining the incident management queues for the team to ensure that open incidents are advanced
  • Ensuring that staff members have finished the required training

Essential Skills

  • 5+ Years' Experience in field
  • Knowledge in diagnosing and fixing LAN, audiovisual, and
  • Knowledge troubleshooting ITrelated issues and faults
  • Team Leadership experience
  • Good verbal and written communication
