Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Manage and motivate a sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure effective product launches and promotions
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management

Experience:


  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team

Salary:
£23,921.00-£25,311.00 per year
