As the Lead Software Engineer you will be responsible for mentoring and assisting the team. You will be working across multiple projects, prioritising and resolving conflicting demands as required. Collaboration on development objectives is crucial, with a proactive approach to initiating actions that meet them. You will be expected to track progress and report on exceptions to project and team management.Extensive programming experience in .NET is essential for this role as well as C# and Web based programming skills.
