Description
They are looking for an experienced Maintenance Team Leader (with an Electrical bias) to be a hands-on member of the engineering maintenance team, providing leadership and motivation.
You will be responsible for identifying and prioritising pro-active and reactive maintenance tasks on a daily basis.This would suit someone with previous experience in a similar role where Mechanical & Electrical Engineers are managed (e.g. Engineering Supervisor / Maintenance Team Leader / Maintenance Manager / Maintenance Engineer Leader / Engineering Manager).
Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off, days and nights on rotation.
Salary:
£46,272 basic + £3,093 shift allowance (total £49,365)
