    Description

    We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer with a strong background in Microsoft CRM to design, develop, and maintain our data pipelines and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leveraging data to drive business outcomes and will be adept at working with complex datasets and integrating data from various sources.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Data Pipeline Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from Microsoft CRM and other relevant sources.
    2. Data Integration: Integrate data from Microsoft CRM with other internal and external data sources to create a unified view of customer interactions, sales performance, and other key metrics.
    3. Data Modeling: Develop and implement data models to support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
    4. Performance Optimization: Identify and implement optimizations to improve the performance and efficiency of data pipelines and analytics processes, ensuring timely and reliable access to data for stakeholders.
    5. Data Quality Assurance: Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within Microsoft CRM and other systems.
    6. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, sales, marketing, and operations to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
    7. Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of data pipelines, data models, and technical specifications to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing across the organization.

    Nice to have skills:

    • Dynamics 365 or Azure Data Services.
    • Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
    • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.
    • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
