Superb opportunity to join a highly successful Property business with amazing locations in Central London - the venues are also used to host high profile TV, Film and Fashion eventsResponsibilities:
- Performing receptionist duty including handling incoming calls and post/deliveries, organising meeting room and greeting visitors
- Taking initial enquiries for the venues over the phone
- Helping organise and maintain our office
- Performing general office duties and errands and accessing the buildings with contractors and for post / meter reads etc
- Monitoring office supplies and assisting with general orders for the office
- Providing support to the wider team including calendar scheduling, travel arrangements and scanning/filing
