    Stratford Salary:
    £33kWe are currently recruiting for a talented Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen, at our new opening Riverside East, located in the Olympic Park, London. You will be responsible for helping the kitchen to run smoothly during service, as well as collaborating with the rest of the team to develop new and innovative recipe ideas. You will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure that staff work together effectively, all breakfast dishes are cooked and presented to the highest standard and provide support in stock ordering and rotas. You will have the confidence and ability to help to take ownership during the breakfast period, support and guide the team through the new opening, sharing your knowledge and expertise of different cooking methods.

    – Someone who can take ownership of their working area and take lead on the breakfast menu – Genuine love for food, seasonality, quality produce and flavour – Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast paced environment – High standards of cleanliness and an understanding of health, safety and food safety regulations – A proactive and organised approach – The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team Responsibilities:
    Ensure that all breakfast items are prepared and presented according to established recipes and quality standards. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient breakfast service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast station and kitchen area. Monitor and replenish breakfast ingredients and supplies as needed. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist with menu planning and development of breakfast specials. Collaborate with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed. Handle special dietary requests or restrictions from guests. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.


    Requirements:
